Meeting your searching eyes, my heart feels the pain. I ask myself, what I could offer?
I am grateful that you and me are given this precious opportunity to live in this beautiful world for a short period of time. However, as human, we are inevitably dealing with pain, loss, sadness, anger, anxiety, depression, loneliness, desperation —- I might not be able to feel the deep pain you are experiencing, but I am here, ready to go through it with you, and I know it will be over. I also know when the waves of pain subside, we often find treasures behind. Life doesn’t mean to be either easy or surviving, but to be challenging and thriving. Challenges help us to expand our heart, our view, our belief in ourselves, and push us to grow, to prosper!
The other I could offer is my trust in you. It comes from my trust in me. I have been working as a psychotherapist for about 18 years. In my profession, I never stop learning. After my master program, I continued studying Gestalt therapy for four years and Expressive Art therapy for three years, along with all kinds of different approaches and theories. But more than it, life offers me the most precious lesson I could ever imagine. It teaches me that instead of seeking more knowledge outside, I already have everything I need. I am good enough; I am complete and perfect. I know if I am, so you are!
If you come across and decide to stay, I am truly honoured to accompany you in this journey!
