Once I hear from you, we will schedule a 15-mintue free consultation to discuss your questions and concderns in greater detail. You can take this time to ask any questions about me. If we decide to work together, we will then schedule our first session.
Therapy provides an environment of acceptance and understanding, allowing you to face the difficulties and challenges you’re experiencing in a safe environment. Together, we will work to understand feelings and resolve difficulties that might be getting in the way of your happiness and well-being.
There are few things as nourishing as a loving relationship and few things as painful as a relationship wrought with conflict and animosity. We will work together to identify your individual and relationship values and strengths, draw attention to problematic beliefs, habits, and interactional dynamics, and to improve your relationship.
Often deciding to contact a therapist can be the hardest part of the process and finding a therapist who is a good fit for you is important. This meeting is an opportunity to ask any questions you might have, to discuss what is going on for you and also to assess how well we might work with one another.
I offer sliding fee scale for those who do not have extended health benefits and have a limited income.
